How to View your Help Centre

The Help Centre is exclusively available to DWS clients, so you may need to unlock the content to access it.

If you've followed a link to a help centre article, please do the following; 

  1. Log into your DWS portal
  2. Click on the Help Centre in the bottom right hand corner
  3. Refresh the original link or re-click the original link
